Terms of Service

The service

Realvue visualizes your real audience as an illustrated crowd. Audience numbers are only ever shown for channels whose ownership you have proven through the relevant platform's own OAuth login. We never display manual, estimated, or demo numbers as if they were your real audience.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Realvue. You are responsible for the activity under your account, for keeping your login secure, and for connecting only channels you own or are authorized to represent. Attempting to misrepresent ownership of a channel is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

Connected accounts

When you connect a YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, or Kick account, you authorize Realvue to read the follower, live-viewer, and profile information described in our Privacy Policy, and you agree to the terms of the platform you are connecting. Your use of YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You may disconnect any account at any time.

Plans and billing

Realvue offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro is $11.99 per month, or $99.99 per year charged as a single annual payment. Prices are in US dollars. Lemon Squeezy may add sales tax or VAT at checkout depending on where you are, and the total you will be charged is always shown on the checkout page before you pay.

Pro is an automatically renewing subscription. Unless you cancel, it renews at the end of every billing period, each month for the monthly plan and each year for the annual plan, and the card you used is charged again at the then-current price. There is no fixed commitment and renewal continues until you cancel.

How to cancel. Go to Settings, Manage billing, which opens the Lemon Squeezy billing portal for your subscription, and cancel there. It takes effect immediately, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. You can also email info@realvue.to and we will cancel it for you. Deleting your Realvue account does not cancel the subscription on its own, so cancel first.

Payments are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of recordand handles billing and applicable taxes. If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to a renewal. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or by Lemon Squeezy's own policies. Our refund policy sets out the exceptions, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the verification and quota systems that keep Realvue's numbers honest, and not to use Realvue for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

What you publish

A few things you choose are shown on your public crowd page: your Realvue username, your display name, and any image you upload as the figure at the centre of your crowd. You are responsible for those, and by publishing them you confirm you have the right to use them.

You agree not to publish anything that:

• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• impersonates another person, brand, or creator, or misrepresents who you are;
• is sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent, or otherwise unlawful;
• contains malware, spam, or misleading links.

Usernames and impersonation.A Realvue username is yours to use, not to hold on someone else's behalf. Claiming a username, display name, or centre figure that passes you off as another person, creator, or brand, or that is chosen to trade on their name, is impersonation. We may reclaim or reset such a username, remove the display name or figure, and suspend the account, and we will act without notice where the impersonation is clear. If someone is impersonating you, report it and tell us the channel you own so we can verify it.

Uploaded images are screened automatically before they appear, but screening is not perfect. If you see something on Realvue that breaks these rules, use the report form, or email info@realvue.to with a link to the page. We review reports and may remove content, reset a username or display name, or suspend an account. We may remove anything that breaks these rules without notice.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe something on Realvue infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to our designated agent. The full requirements, the agent's contact details, and the counter-notice process are on our copyright and DMCA page.

We remove or disable material that is the subject of a valid notice and will tell the person who posted it. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Intellectual property

Realvue and its crowd-visualization technology remain our property. You retain all rights to your own channel data and to anything you upload; you grant us a limited, revocable, worldwide license to store, adapt, and display that material solely to provide the service, for example to render your uploaded figure on your public crowd page. The license ends when you remove the material or delete your account, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Attribution

Every Realvue surface, the embeddable widget, shared views, and exported or recorded visuals, carries a small “Powered by Realvue.to” mark that links back to realvue.to. This mark is a condition of using Realvue on every plan, including paid plans. You agree not to remove, hide, obscure, or alter it, or interfere with its link. If it is removed, we may disable the affected embeds until it is restored.

Termination

You may stop using Realvue and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Realvue is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in advance. Continued use of Realvue after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
